Today I wanted to show you our process we went through in creating the Perpetual Flux logo (which also is the insignia of the Purgers). Lots of work and time goes into every detail!
Now, I don’t want to sound negative, it’s immensely interesting to knwo how you made the logo and of course all that you provide is essentially free, but…
the last actual comic page has been 16 months ago. Seriously, I’ve had a kid a month later and she is on her way to finish teething by now.
Even the largest amount of goodwill ever eventually evaporates and with that, the feedly link…
Hello, fellow lurker
You’re right, it’s been quite a while since an actual page, and to some, it’s just been too long. Those already deleted their bookmarks, Rss feeds, and gave up on visiting this website some time ago.
Those still here… well, I can’t talk for everyone of course, but personally, I’ll continue my lurking ’till the end. I can wait. I have more than enough to do and to read to pass the time, and the weekly bonus make it easier to remember. It’s way more than some other webcomics have given me to hope that it’ll actually resume.
Now, you’re here, after 16 months without a “true” update. Even if you keep busy elsewhere in the meantime, I have the feeling you’ll be back. Hopefully, at a time where the story is back, too ^^
Yes indeed. I want to be open and we will eventually write a more in depth response about our long absence. What it has boiled down to was a lot of moving, changing to civilian lifestyles, and (in my case) having three jobs at one point. For me it took a toll on my time and my health (to be honest both physically and mentally).
It’s since been nice to regain some of ‘me’ back, because PFlux is very much a labor of love Kat and I enjoy working on. I’m glad we are now in full force with a deadline in mind so we can return to the webcomic we love so much.
Both of us want to send a big thank you for lurking, coming back every now and again, and even getting annoyed with us for not updating yet We appreciate that with only 3 chapters people want to see whats next in store for PFlux.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys, and I apologize for the frustration.
